About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Recognize invalid part 6 of article 63.2 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses (further - the code) of December 6, 1985.
Article 2. To add article 158 of the Code with part 12.1 following of content:
"12.1. Availability or alienation of the goods prohibited by part 2.1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services" when implementing retail trade in shopping facilities, objects of public catering, places of implementation of trade, portable outlets, fairs (opening days), exhibitions sales, by means of retail trade, and also when implementing outside trade when implementing retail trade:
attracts the prevention concerning the official who allowed violation.
Repeated making of the act provided by this part:
attracts imposing of penalty on the official in the amount of hundredfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 3. "Articles 158, 162" to add part 1 of article 244.7 of the code after words with the words "12.1".
Article 4. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2027, except for article 1 of this law which becomes effective next day after official publication.
