1) the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 22, 2019 No. 525 "About approval of Rules of professional training and maintenance of qualification of aviation inspectors" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19096);
2) the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2023 No. 119 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 12, 2017 No. 339 "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of safety and labor protection in civil aviation" and in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 22, 2019 No. 525 "About approval of Rules of professional training and maintenance of qualification of aviation inspectors" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 31981).
2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
