1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2025 No. 846 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2025 No. 997 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 15:
add with subitems 21-1) and 21-2) of the following content:
"21-1) approvals of qualification requirements to the positions connected with execution of managerial functions in the state legal entities in coordination with authorized body for public service on the basis of standard qualification requirements;
21-2) approvals of rules of the labor schedule of government employees on the basis of standard rules of the labor schedule of government employees;";
58) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"58) determination of the administrator and registry of domain names, approval of rules of registration, use and distribution of domain names in space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet;";
118) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"118) approval of rules of verification, registration and re-registration of subscriber devices of cellular communication;";
add with subitem 118-1) of the following content:
"118-1) approval of rules of transfer by the telecom operator on the subscriber structure of cellular communication of information on the subscriber initiating challenge;";
