About implementation of the pilot project on implementation of underground storage of oil products from structure of the minimum inventories of oil and oil products in the conditions of legal regime of warlike situation
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Department of Energy on realization during action of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine, but not longer than within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution, the pilot project on implementation of underground storage of oil products from structure of the minimum inventories of oil and oil products (further - the pilot project).
3. Determine that for implementation of the pilot project action of subitems 4, of the 6 and 7 Item 44 of the Procedure for the creation, management and functioning of system of the minimum inventories of oil and oil products in Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2024 No. 1455 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 5, of the Art. 371) stops.
4. Determine the Department of Energy the coordinator of the pilot project.
5. To Department of Energy together with the Ministry of Economics and the environment, the State agency on management of reserves, other interested bodies, to joint-stock companies "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine", Ukrtransnafta and "Operator of the Market" to provide implementation of the pilot project within the powers determined by the legislation.
