In our country consecutive measures for ensuring independence of judicial authority and immunity of judges, elimination of the factors interfering justice implementation, increase in trust of citizens to fair judicial system are performed.
At the same time there is need of development of the effective mechanisms directed to the prevention of cases of disrespect for court and amendments of measures of responsibility for intervention in permission of legal cases.
This Law to the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the change specifying measures of criminal liability for intervention in permission of legal cases, and the addition establishing measures of the administrative responsibility for the disrespect for court expressed in violation of procedure in court house is made to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility.
This Law will serve ensuring independence of court and immunity of judges, the prevention of any intervention in their activities.
