Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 27, 2023 No. 1127 "About approval of the Regulations on features of import of electrical energy in the conditions of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 99, Art. 5923; 2024, No. 54, Art. 3187, No. 75, Art. 4433, No. 108, Art. 6875; 2026, No. 23, the Art. 1626) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective in three days from the date of, the publication of this resolution following behind day, except the paragraph of the fourth subitem 6 of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective in one month from the date of, the publication of this resolution following behind day, and is effective during the period of warlike situation and six months from the date of its termination or cancellation.
