In recent years in the country large-scale work on enhancement of system of public administration and strengthening of the state control in the field of agricultural industry and ensuring food security, and also on creation of gardens and vineyards by intensive method, to development of greenhouse facilities is carried out.
At the same time there is need of development of competitive environment and consumer protection, further strengthening of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the subjects performing activities in this sphere and also amendments of official names of republican executive bodies in the field of agricultural industry.
This Law to some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the changes and additions providing refining of the name of Inspectorate for control of agro-industrial complex under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also release of the Agency on development of agro-industrial complex under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan from payment of the state fee according to statements, claims and claims submitted to courts for the purpose of protection of own rights and legitimate interests, and also the rights and legitimate interests of subjects on production, conversion of fruit and vegetable products, greenhouse facilities.
This Law will serve ensuring food security in our country, the state support of the fruit and vegetable sphere, to forming of complete system of republican executive bodies in the agrarian sphere.
Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 16, 2019 No. ZRU-521 "About seed farming" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2019, No. 2, the Art. 46, No. 11, Art. 791; 2021, appendix to No. 4; 2022, No. 5, Art. 465; 2024, No. 1, Art. 7; 2025, No. 12, of the Art. 1323) to make the following changes:
