About modification and amendments in the joint order of the Deputy Premieres - the Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2019 No. 13/Tax Code and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2019 No. 12 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets in the field of informatization regarding ensuring information security"
WE ORDER:
1. Bring in the joint order of the Deputy Premieres – the Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2019 No. 13/Tax Code and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2019 No. 12 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets to the sphere of informatization regarding ensuring information security" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 18269) the following changes and amendment:
in Item 1:
3) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of digitalization regarding cyber security, according to appendix 3 to this joint order.";
add with the subitem 4) of the following content:
"4) checking leaf in the field of digitalization regarding cyber security concerning the state legal entities, subjects of the quasi-public sector, owners and owners of the non-state digital systems integrated with digital systems of state bodies or intended for forming of the state digital resources, the centers of ensuring cyber security and also owners and owners of crucial digital objects according to appendix 4 to this joint order.";
be reworded as follows appendix 3 according to appendix 1 to this order;
add with appendix 4 according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee on information security of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item;
4) within five working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction in Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in the information system "Unified Register of Subjects and Objects of Checks".
4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
