About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 6) of article 46 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of further strengthening of homeland security I DECIDE:
1. Form the Office of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Device) as state body, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the vice-chairman of the Security Council together with Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
To submit 1) for consideration to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
projects of regulations on the Device and its structures;
offers on redistribution of the number of staff from Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Device;
2) to take other measures for implementation of this Decree.
4. Determine the Device the legal successor of the rights and obligations of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the transferred functions and powers.
5. To provide to the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan acceptance of other measures for implementation of this Decree.
6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
