"3. The state service "Subsidizing of Cost of Services in Water Supply to Agricultural Producers" appears local executive bodies of areas (further – the Service provider).
The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Subsidizings of Cost of Services in Water Supply to Agricultural Producers" is stated in annex 1 to these rules.
Subsidies are provided annually according to the procedure established by these rules in the following directions:
1) on water supply of SHTP;
2) reduction in cost of cost of electricity of SHTP when using underground waters.
