Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2025 No. 317 "About approval of Rules of provision of the state guarantee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on support of export and form of its provision" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 36317) the following changes:
in the form of provision of the state guarantee on the support of export approved by the specified order:
in the Agreement of guarantee on support of export No. ___:
Item 1.3. state in the following edition:
"1.3. The state guarantee is provided on the amount ___________ (sum in words) of tenge with effective period for 10 years.";
Item 2.4. state in the following edition:
"2.4. The agreement becomes effective from the moment of its registration in Committee of the State Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
