Heading of the order to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of Rules of modification of assembly records of civil status, their renewal and the termination of their action";
2) in Item 1 of the word "Rules of Modification of Assembly Records of Civil Status, Their Renewal and Cancellation" shall be replaced with words "Rules of modification of assembly records of civil status, their renewal and the termination of their action".
