1. Establish the minimum wholesale and vacation pay and retail prices on:
1) filtered cigarettes, non-filtered cigarettes and cigarillos classified under the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 2402, except for of cigarettes in the following sizes:
