About national tender of innovative projects and startups of "KEL Start"
For the purpose of implementation of the National development program of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2030 approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the National development program of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2030" of June 5, 2025 No. 178, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) Regulations on national tender of innovative projects and startups of "KEL Start" according to appendix 1;
2) structure of the interdepartmental commission on selection of innovative projects and startups within the national tender "KEL Start" according to appendix 2.
2. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed within the provided means of the special account of the Ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved for the corresponding year.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
