About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics, environment and agricultural industry of Ukraine

Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of Economics, the environment and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2025 No. 903 "Some questions of the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 66, Art. 4566; 2026, No. 7, the Art. 618), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2026 No. 697
1. The fifth Item 1 after words "the state investment policy" to add the paragraph with words ", in particular in the field of management of public investments".
2. In paragraph ten of the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the word "the state investments" shall be replaced with words "public investments".
3. In item 4:
"The state investment projects" shall be replaced with words 1) in subitem 37 of the word "public investments";
Subitems 39-43 to state 2) in the following edition:
"39) provides preparation of the mid-term plan of priority public investments, carrying out monitoring of its realization and preparation of the summary monitoring report by results of its realization;
