1. In the text of the Sea doctrine of Ukraine for the period till 2035 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 7, 2009 No. 1307 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 94, Art. 3216; 2019, No. 2, the Art. 53) shall be replaced with words words of "public-private partnership" "public and private partnership".
2. In Item 11 of the Main conceptual directions of reforming of health care system approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2010 No. 208 "Some questions of enhancement of health care system" (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 15, Art. 704), shall be replaced with words words of "public-private partnership" "public and private partnership".
3. In the Development strategy of seaports of Ukraine for the period till 2038 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2013 No. 548 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 61, the Art. 2194):
The twelfth and eighteenth the Section "Balanced Development and Effective Use of Port Capacities" of the word of "public-private partnership" shall be replaced with words 1) in paragraphs" public and private partnership";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in the text of appendix to the Strategy of the word of "public-private partnership" "public and private partnership".
