1. Approve the enclosed List of some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to department of military education and science of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication;

33-1. In department of quality evaluation of education (monitoring) (educational and methodical department, educational and methodical management) the following documents on planning and accounting of educational process are developed and maintained:

1) participation in development of the academic policy of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION;

2) collections of working training programs (syllabuses) on specialties;

3) plan of complex checks for academic year;

4) plan of quality control of educational process for month;

5) sheets of the current progress and estimates on disciplines, transcripts;

6) the individual rating (academic year) studying following the results of semester, summary sheets;

7) the magazine of control of the studies given by command, chiefs of departments, commanders of battalions of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION;

8) analysis of results of intermediate and final certifications of students;

9) the magazine of control of the consultations held by command, chiefs of departments (cycles), commanders of battalions (companies) of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION;
