1) state registration of this order;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made

1. In the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2017 No. 335 "About approval of Rules of assignment of qualification of the court expert" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15031):

in the Rules of assignment of qualification of the court expert approved by the specified order:

1) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) Single contact center (further - contact center) - the legal entity determined by authorized body in the field of rendering the state services, performing functions of directory service on provision to uslugopoluchatel of information on questions of rendering the state and other services and also to state bodies - information on questions of rendering information and communication services;";

7) and 8) of Item 2 to state subitems in the following edition:

"7) the digital signature (further - the EDS) - the digital record (set of digital data) created with use of the closed key of the digital signature and means of the digital signature, confirmatory reliability of the electronic document, its accessory and invariance of content;

Uslugopoluchatel agrees to collection and processing of personal data according to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About personal data and their protection".

Aggregate term of rendering the state service constitutes 7 (seven) working days.

TsSE within 1 (one) working day from the moment of receipt of the statement performs its acceptance and registration.
