1. These rules of financing of projects in the field of waste management (further - Rules) determine procedure and financing terms the operator of expanded obligations of producers (importers) of projects in the field of waste management by the money which arrived on its bank account from producers and importers according to Item 1 of article 388 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. For the purposes of these rules the projects aimed at the development of management system by waste belong to projects in the field of waste management including:
1) on creation, construction, reconstruction, upgrade and expansion of infrastructure of accumulating of waste on site their educations;
2) on creation, construction, reconstruction, upgrade and expansion of infrastructure of collection of waste, including separate collection of waste;
3) on creation, construction, reconstruction, upgrade and expansion of infrastructure of transportation of waste;
