1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2023 No. 10 "About Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in the Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add with Item 146-2 of the following content:
"146-2. According to Item 3 of Article 2 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the central state bodies, local executive bodies and other receivers of budgetary funds (further - the initiator) are forbidden to bring to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the offer on increase in expenses of the republican budget out of planning process of the budget.
Initiators have the right to bring to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the offer on increase in expenses of the budget for the next planning period till June 20 of year of forming of the republican budget.
Initiators have the right to bring to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the offer on increase in expenses of the republican budget of the current year within 5 (five) working days from the moment of decision making by the Republican budget commission about refining of the republican budget for the current financial year.
