1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rules of the organization of passenger traffic by road transport in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 23, 2013 No. 519 the following changes:
in rules of the organization of the passenger traffic by road transport in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 193-1 of the following content:
"193-1. Taxi drivers shall undergo quarterly instructing in traffic safety with obligatory fixing of passing with the subsequent mark in leaf of passing of instructing in traffic safety according to appendix 6-1 to the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of licensing of separate types of activity" of December 14, 2023 No. 678.";
- add Item 194-1 with paragraphs of the following content:
"-provision of information on the status of the driver (is on the line and it is ready to take new orders, performs the order, it is unavailable to obtaining and accomplishment of orders) at the request of authorized state body in the field of safety of traffic according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- availability of functionality of photocontrol of the agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier before passengers at drivers;
