About establishment of temporary special visa-free procedure for implementation of the international motor transportations of oil products through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of ensuring economic safety, regular supply with fuels and lubricants of the population of the country and rendering the state support to subjects of national economy, according to part 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish temporary special visa-free procedure for entrance and stay in the Kyrgyz Republic for the citizens of People's Republic of China who are drivers of the cargo vehicles performing the international motor transportations of oil products to the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Determine that persons specified in Item 1 of this resolution in case of entrance on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for delivery and unloading of oil products use visa-free procedure for entrance and stay for the term necessary for implementation of the specified transactions, but no more than five days from the moment of entrance.
3. To provide to the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic the omission through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic of persons specified in Item 1 of this resolution taking into account the temporary special visa-free procedure established by this resolution.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic informing competent authorities of People's Republic of China on the special visa-free procedure established by this resolution.
5. In case of need stay of persons specified in Item 1 of this resolution in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic after the expiration, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, are applied general requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of external migration.
