According to Items 1 and 17 of part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", Item 18 of the Section XIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 10, 2023 No. 879 "About approval of the Provision concerning implementation of professional activity on the organization of trade in financial instruments", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2023 for No. 1863/40919, the following changes:

1) in preamble of the word "According to Item 13 Parts One of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine " about State Regulation of the Capital Markets and the Organized Goods Markets "" shall be replaced with words "According to Items 1 and 17 of part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets";

Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. This decision becomes effective since July 14, 2025.";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in item 4 of the word "within three months after entry into force of this decision" "no later than 90 calendar days after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation".
