About modification and amendments in some Resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. The resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 20, 1996 No. 36 "About court practice on cases on crimes and other offenses in the field of environmental protection and environmental management":
in the name of the word "environmental protections" shall be replaced with words "ecology, environmental protections", shall be replaced with words the words "about crimes and other offenses" "about offenses and crimes";
in Item 1 of the word "careful and rational use of natural resources" shall be replaced with words "rational use of natural resources";
in paragraph three of Item 2 of the word "national parks, the interstate protected natural territories" shall be replaced with words "national parks, botanical gardens, the interstate protected natural territories";
