I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of the industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 30, 2025 No. 287 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of costs of the organizations of water supply and water disposal on repayment and servicing of loans of the international financial institutions attracted to projects implementation on expansion, upgrade, reconstruction, updating, maintenance of the existing assets and creation of new assets in settlements" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 36573) the following changes:

6) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"6) the administrator of the republican budget program - the authorized body performing coordination of local executive bodies of the capital, areas and cities of republican value when subsidizing costs of the organizations of water supply and water disposal on repayment and servicing of loans of the international financial institutions attracted to projects implementation on expansion, upgrade, reconstruction, updating, maintenance of the existing assets and creation of new assets in settlements";
