the list of participants of foreign trade activity which are granted exclusive right, approved by the specified resolution, to add in the line, sequence number 41, of the following content:
"41. Karaganda Komir limited liability partnership.".
2. To Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
