About approval of the List of new processing equipment which analogs are not made in the republic, exempted when importing on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan from customs duty payment and the value added tax
For the purpose of increase in production volume and investments in industries, and also enhancement of procedure for granting of customs privileges for the imported processing equipment the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the List of processing equipment which analogs are not made in the republic, exempted when importing on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan from customs duty payment and the value added tax, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Make changes and additions to Regulations on procedure for modification and amendments in the List of processing equipment which analogs are not issued in the Republic of Uzbekistan, exempted when importing to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan from customs duty payment and the value added tax, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 27, 2020 No. 750, according to appendix No. 2*.
3. To the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of D. A. Kuchkarov.
