1. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2015 No. 744 "About approval of Rules of carrying out refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12525).
2. To provide to inspection department of quality of data and development of communications of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) to bring this order to structural and territorial subdivisions of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan for management and use in work.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy manager of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
