1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting.

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rules of carrying out refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting

1. General provision

1. Rules of carrying out refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting (further - Rules) are developed in compliance by Item 3 of article 12-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" (further - the Law) and establishes procedure for carrying out refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting by specialists of regional territorial authorities of statistics of department of authorized body.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) the database on identification of farm animals (further - ISZh DB) - the part of veterinary accounting providing single, multi-level data recording system about individual number of animal, about its veterinary processings, including results of diagnostic testings, and also data on the animal owner, performed by the state veterinary organizations created by local executive bodies, and used by authorized body in the field of veterinary science;

2) department of authorized body - the department of authorized body performing management, and also cross-industry coordination in the field of the state statistics within the competence;

3) the software for conducting electronic pokhozyaystvenny accounting (further - PO EPHU) - the application software allowing the akim of the settlement, village, rural district to perform input, adjustment and data storage of pokhozyaystvenny accounting, and also to create aggregative data on the basis of the entered information.

3. Refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting is performed by officials of regional territorial authorities of statistics of department of authorized body in the following directions:

1) compliance of conducting pokhozyaystvenny accounting to requirements of "Statistical methodology on conducting pokhozyaystvenny accounting and forms of the organization of conducting registration records" approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the statistics of June 10, 2010 No. 136, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6334 (further - Methodology);

2) refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting of data recording of pokhozyaystvenny accounting by reconciliation with data of the statistical register of housing stock (further - SRZhF);

3) refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting of records of pokhozyaystvenny accounting in case of visit of households with use of information containing in ISZh DB.

4. Refining of accuracy of the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting with departure to settlements is performed according to requirements to the organization and conducting checks according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015.
