1. Approve the enclosed List of resolutions of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market concerning provision of pensions to which changes are made.

2. To provide to department of the security market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

These rules of issue of permission to carrying out reorganization of the Voluntary accumulation pension fund and transfer of pension assets and obligations of the attached Voluntary accumulation pension fund according to pension provision agreements at the expense of voluntary pension contributions in the reorganized Voluntary accumulation pension fund (further - Rules) are developed according to Items 1 and 3 of article 47 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Social code), the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state and socially responsible services" (further - the Law on the state services), "About permissions and notifications" also determine conditions and approval procedure on carrying out reorganization of the Voluntary accumulation pension fund and procedure for transfer of pension assets and obligations of the attached Voluntary accumulation pension fund by pension provision agreements at the expense of voluntary pension contributions in the reorganized Voluntary accumulation pension fund.";

The employee of authorized body authorized on acceptance and registration of correspondence in day of receipt of the petition performs its acceptance, registration and the direction on execution in the division of authorized body responsible for rendering the state service (further - responsible division). In case of the appeal of Fund after the termination of working hours, in days off and holidays according to the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan", acceptance of the petition is performed the next working afternoon.

The employee of responsible division within 3 (three) working days from the date of registration of the petition checks completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of factual determination of incompleteness and (or) expiration of the submitted documents, the employee of responsible division within the specified term prepares and directs to Fund motivated refusal in further review of the petition.

In case of factual determination of completeness of the submitted documents, the authorized body considers them regarding compliance to requirements of Rules.

By results of consideration of the documents submitted by Fund, the responsible division prepares and submits for consideration of Board of authorized body the draft of the resolution on issue or about refusal in issue of permission to reorganization of the Voluntary accumulation pension fund (further - result of rendering the state service) and performs its registration within 41 (forty one) working days.

In case of refusal in rendering the state service hearing is not carried out.

The employee of responsible division within 4 (four) working days after signing directs result of the rendering the state service to Fund in "personal account" in electronic form certified by the digital signature of the authorized person of authorized body.

The decision on issue of permission to reorganization of Fund which is drawn up by the resolution of Board of authorized body becomes effective from the date of its obtaining by Fund.";

"11. Information on stage of rendering the state service is updated in the automatic mode in digital monitoring system of rendering the state services.";

state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. In the claim are specified:

1) the name of the body considering the claim;

2) surname, name, middle name (if it is specified in the identity document), individual identification number (in case of its availability), the postal address of physical person or the name, the postal address, business and identification number of the legal entity (in case of its availability);
