2. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market of March 30, 2020 No. 39 "About approval of Rules of issue of permission to reorganization of the Voluntary accumulation pension fund and transfer of pension assets and obligations of the attached Voluntary accumulation pension fund according to pension provision agreements at the expense of voluntary pension contributions in the reorganized Voluntary accumulation pension fund" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20238);

2) Item 2 of the List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning rendering the state services in the sphere of state regulation of activities in the security market and activities of the Voluntary accumulation pension funds to which changes are made the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution on regulation and development of the financial market of March 14, 2022 No. 24 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning rendering the state services in the sphere of state regulation of activities in the security market and activities of the Voluntary accumulation pension funds" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 27213).

3. To provide to department of the security market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.

5. This resolution becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
