1. Approve the enclosed Requirements to management of financial products, the list of financial products (with indication of rates and rates) on which approval, change and the termination of provision the subject of behavioural supervision notifies authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, rules of such notification, and also the list of the documents and data attached to the notification (further - Requirements).

2. Recognize invalid some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market, and also structural elements of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To provide to department of behavioural supervision in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.

5. This resolution becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

6. Determine that banks of the second level, branches of banks - nonresidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organizations performing separate types of banking activities, insurance companies, branches of insurance companies - nonresidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organizations performing broker activities in the security market and the microfinancial organizations (further - the financial organization) within 6 (six) months from the date of enforcement of Requirements carry out unplanned monitoring of compliance of financial products on which before enforcement of Requirements the authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, according to the procedure, provided by paragraph 8 of Chapter 3 of Requirements was notified.

By results of assessment financial organization:

1) in case of detection of discrepancy of financial product to Requirements makes necessary changes to conditions of financial product and notifies authorized body according to the procedure, established by Requirements;

2) in case of compliance of financial product to Requirements fixes results of assessment documentary.

Results of assessment are kept by the financial organization at least five years and are represented to authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations for its request.
