About some questions of Tunduk open joint stock company

For the purpose of realization of single state policy in the field of digitalization, being guided by Articles 66, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Recommend to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to make the decision on liquidation of Tunduk open joint stock company (further - JSC Tunduk) and formation of liquidation commission according to the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) to provide transfer of function and tasks of JSC Tunduk, and also its financial and material resources, intangible assets to public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure;

3) to carry out the functional analysis and optimization of organizational structure for exception of duplicative functions and to determine the number of the employees of JSC Tunduk who are subject to employment in public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) to take measures for employment of employees of JSC Tunduk in public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with observance of requirements of the labor law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for further enhancement of digital transformation in the field of public administration" of March 17, 2025 No. 91 the following changes:

1) Items 1, 2 to recognize invalid;

2) in the subitem 7 of Item 5:

- "JSC Tunduk and" to exclude words;

- shall be replaced with words the words "are the single suppliers" "is the single supplier".

3. This Decree becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
