About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548 and of December 24, 2021 No. 746

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to exclude subitem 7.9.1 of Item 7.9 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548,;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2021 No. 746 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021 No. 102-Z "About selection and seed farming of agricultural plants":
Regulations on procedures for carrying out the state testing of grades of agricultural plants, inclusions and their exceptions of the state register of grades of agricultural plants, and also about procedure for maintaining the specified register, approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);
in Regulations on the procedure for issue of permissions to use or realization of seeds of agricultural plants with indicator of sowing qualities of seeds of agricultural plants (viability) of less established requirements to 3 percent approved by this resolution:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The subject of selection and (or) seed farming of agricultural plants (further - the applicant) addresses to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food for receipt of permission in the presence of seeds of agricultural plants with indicator of sowing qualities of seeds of agricultural plants (viability) of less established requirements to 3 percent and need of their use or realization.";
