1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.95 of the following content:
"7.1.95. The turbo-propeller civilian passenger airliners classified by codes 8802 30 000 7 and 8802 40 001 6 CN FEA EEU with the quantity of passenger seats specified in the scheme of accommodation of passengers (LOPA) approved by the authorized body responsible for maintenance of the flight validity of aircrafts, no more than on 90 people imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan in number of 6 pieces and into the Kyrgyz Republic in number of 2 pieces.
