According to part 3 of article 171 of the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan and with article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for purpose of public welfare payment to the children infected with human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome it (is applied).

2. To the children infected with human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome to establish monthly public welfare payment in the amount of 7 indicators for calculations from the beginning of payment since July 1, 2026.

3. To the Ministries of Health and Social Protection, work, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, to executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan annually to provide in the government budget necessary means for financing of payments of public welfare payment to the children infected with human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 3, 2010 No. 232 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of public welfare payment to children aged up to 16 years infected with human immunodeficiency virus or sick acquired immunodeficiency syndrome".
