According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 3, 2018 No. PP-3832 "About measures for development of digital economy and the sphere of turnover crypto - assets in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of April 17, 2026 No. PP-143 "About measures for creation and the organization of activities of special mayningovy zone in the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan", the National agency of perspective projects, the Ministry of Economics and finance and the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Make additions and change to Regulations on establishment of the amount of charges for implementation of activities in the field of turnover crypto - assets, procedure for their payment and distribution, approved by the resolution of the National agency of perspective projects of August 30, 2022 No. 2, of the Ministry of Finance of August 30, 2022 No. 45 and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 18, 2022 No. 2022-26 (рег. No. 3388 of September 28, 2022) (The national database of the legislation, 28.09.2022, No. 10/22/3388/0864), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
