About general structure and number of troops of Civil defense

1. Approve such general structure of troops of Civil defense:

Head department of civil defense forces;

rapid reaction forces - separate crews, regiments, battalions, rescue groups, communication centers;

providing forces.

2. Approve the total number of troops of Civil defense in number of 10 218 persons, including 9550 servicemen.

3. In a month from day of entry into force of this Law to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals on modification of legal acts of Ukraine which follow from this Law, and also to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.

4. This Law becomes effective from day of its publication.
