About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Rights of Persons with Disability"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of May 5, 2021 No. ZR-194 "About the rights of persons with disability" (dalee-Zakon):
To add 1) with Item 12.2 of the following content:
"12. 2) the independent center of life - the service provider, independent of the organization-legal type and source of financing, aimed at providing life, meeting the requirements established by the legal act provided by part 3.1 of article 21 of this Law;";
Items 17 and 18 after the words "from outside" to add 2) with the words "or from other sources which are not prohibited by the law".
Article 2. To add Item 5.1 of part 1 of article 10 of the law with the new offer of the following content: "If the compensation amount is provided from other sources which are not prohibited by the law, then the agreement specified in this Item consists in tripartite procedure, including also the organizations providing financial compensation.".
Article 3. In article 21 of the Law:
1) to exclude the words "and to creation of the centers of independent life for this purpose" from item 4 of part 3;
2) to state part 3.1 in the following edition:
"3.1. The procedure and conditions of activities of the Center of independent life affirm authorized body.";
3) part 3.2 to recognize invalid;
To "municipal non-profit organizations, non-governmental organizations" shall be replaced with words 4) regarding 4 words to "municipal non-profit organizations, non-governmental organizations, and also bodies of system of public administration".
Article 4. Final part and transitional provision
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
