"In case of carrying out by authorized body on anti-corruption policy of the external analysis of corruption risks in activities of subject of the analysis, the internal analysis of corruption risks is carried out on the expiration of one year from the date of its completion.";

"13. The organizational management activity of subject of the analysis is understood as questions:
1) personnel managements, including determinations of the positions subject to corruption risks;
2) prevention and settlement of conflicting interests;
3) rendering the state services;
4) accomplishment of allowing functions;
5) realization of control and auditing functions;
6) development and distributions of budgetary financial resources;
7) implementation of public procurements;
8) budgetary planning;
9) conclusions of contracts with physical persons and legal entities;
10) development and operation of digital systems;
11) other questions following from organizational management activity of subject of the analysis.";
