For the purpose of ensuring successful implementation of the Investment agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and overseas enterprise in the form of "Junxin Huanbao Kay Dzhi Investment" limited liability company about implementation of the investment project "Production of Electricity on the basis of Waste Recycling in the City of Bishkek" approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 28, 2024 No. 113-r according to the subitem 12 of Item 24 of the Regulations on the means levied for rendering consular services, approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the means levied for rendering consular services" of December 18, 2012 No. 839, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine that the citizens of People's Republic of China in number of 700 people attracted by overseas enterprise in the form of "Junxin Huanbao Kay Dzhi Investment" limited liability company to performance of works on implementation of the investment project "Production of Electricity on the basis of Waste Recycling in the City of Bishkek" are exempted from payment of the means levied for rendering consular services.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to take adequate measures on execution of Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
