in the Regulations on means of the budgetary institutions accumulated on special accounts in system of the single treasurer account, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add Item 14 after the word of "organizations" with the words "and/or organizations";
- in appendix to the above-stated Provision:
add Chapter 1 with Item 13-2 of the following content:
