The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Carry out from August 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 in the territories at least 3 subjects of the Russian Federation experiment on use of the World payment cards by provision to citizens of separate measures of social protection (support) and other privileges (further - measures of social protection (support), including for the purpose of confirmation of information on the receiver of measures of social protection (support) from the state information systems, using the technology solutions provided on non-paid and voluntary basis for participants of experiment by "National Payment Card System" joint-stock company and the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services electronically (further - experiment).
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on carrying out experiment on use of the World payment cards by provision to citizens of separate measures of social protection (support) and other privileges.
3. Agree with the offer of "National Payment Card System" joint-stock company on participation of the specified joint-stock company in carrying out experiment, on provision of the technology solutions by "National Payment Card System" joint-stock company necessary for carrying out experiment, and accomplishment by the specified joint-stock company on a grant basis for participants of experiment of functions of the operator ensuring technological realization of use of payment cards "Peace" in the forms provided by the Provision approved by this resolution by provision to citizens of measures of social protection (support) including in case of accomplishment based on the agreement signed with the Central bank of the Russian Federation, functions of the operational center, payment clearing center in service of bystry payments of payment system of the Central bank of the Russian Federation (further - the operator of the National Payment Card System).
