1. Approve the enclosed list of subjects of the Russian Federation concerning which the Government of the Russian Federation establishes features of application of provisions of the housing legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Establish the following features of application of provisions of the housing legislation of the Russian Federation concerning the subjects of the Russian Federation included in the list approved by this resolution:

a) provisions of parts 14 and 14.1 of article 155 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation (regarding charge and payment of penalty fee for untimely and (or) incomplete introduction by citizens of payment for premises and utilities, including fee on capital repairs of common property in the apartment house) are not applied;

b) provisions of paragraphs two and the third Item 80, of the subitem "an" of Item 117 and Item 119 of Rules of provision of utilities to owners and users of rooms in apartment houses and the apartment houses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2011 No. 354 "About provision of utilities to owners and users of rooms in apartment houses and apartment houses" are not applied.
