About development of trade, public catering and consumer services in the territory of the rural zone and small residential locations
For the purpose of creation of additional terms for development of trade, public catering and consumer services in the territory of the rural zone and small residential locations, I decide improvement of quality of servicing of the population:
1. Confer the personal responsibility on:
chairmen of regional executive committees and district executive committees - for unsatisfactory trade servicing of the population living in the territory of the rural zone and the territory of small residential locations;
heads of subjects of trade who are granted the right to make the actions directed to increase in the floor space in the corresponding territories of areas - for the inadequate organization of retail trade.
2. Determine that trade, public catering and consumer services of the population in the territory of the rural zone and small residential locations is performed taking into account features (appendix 1).
3. For the purposes of this Decree terms are used in the values determined in appendix 2.
4. Operation of this Decree does not extend to implementation of retail trade by automobile fuel, motorized vehicles, by self-propelled machines, trail cars (semitrailer trucks, pole trailers), jewelry and other products from precious metals and gemstones, rendering household services in maintenance and repair of vehicles in the territory of the rural zone and the territory of small residential locations.
5. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 3).
6. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees, regional councils of deputies till December 31, 2026 to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
7. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
