1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2012 No. 134 "About some questions of organ and tissue transplantation of the person" the following changes:
to state the name, preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"About organ and tissue transplantation of the person
Based on parts two and third article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 1997 "About organ and tissue transplantation of the person" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 28-Z
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for pronouncement of the conclusion about need of transplantation it (is applied).";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);
in the Instruction about procedure for pronouncement of the conclusion about need of the transplantation approved by this resolution:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. In this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About organ and tissue transplantation of the person" are used.";
