About introduction of amendments to some orders
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2017 No. 35 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of rate of remuneration on the issued credits by banks of the second level to subjects of private entrepreneurship for the purposes of housing construction" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14765) the following changes:
in the Rules of subsidizing of rate of remuneration on the issued credits banks of the second level to subjects of private entrepreneurship for the purposes of housing construction approved by the specified order:
state Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. Compulsory provisions for the borrower:
purpose - financing of the project (refinancing of the credit);
loan currency - tenge;
the maximum term of subsidizing is up to 36 months inclusive.
If on one project several agreements of subsidizing are signed, then aggregate term of subsidizing is established from signature date by the financial agent of 1 (first) agreement of subsidizing.
The expenses which are not connected directly with the financed project within these rules are not allowed.
Treat the new credits, earlier issued BVU within 18 months before consideration by the financial agent.
The credits which are earlier issued to BVU with the term of 18 months in day of the address to BVU are allowed to refinancing within subsidizing.";
state Item 60 in the following edition:
"60. The financial agent monthly sends to ZhSSBK, local executive bodies of the capital, areas and cities of republican value of the data on implementable projects according to appendix 4 to these rules.";
appendices 1 and 5 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 and 2 to this order.
