In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2011 No. 1145 "About approval of Rules of accounting of the confiscated property transferred for needs of providing actions for liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature and also when carrying out rescue and emergency recovery operations":

Rules of accounting of the confiscated property transferred for needs of providing actions for mitigation of consequences of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature and also when carrying out rescue and emergency recovery operations, are developed according to Item 2 of article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" (further - the Law).".
