1. Realize pilot project on partial compensation to legal entities of the Republic of Belarus (further – the organizations) in 2027 transport and logistic expenses * (further if other is not determined, – compensation) when exporting in the second half of the year 2026 of food products to foreign states according to the lists of food products and foreign states determined by this resolution within the means of the republican budget provided to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (further – Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production) on other questions in the field of agricultural industry.

* For the purposes of this resolution transport and logistic expenses are understood as the expenses incurred by the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus in connection with agreement performance on rendering the forwarding services determined in paragraphs the second or fifteenth article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2006 No. 124-Z "About forwarding activities".
