About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2026 "About change of the laws concerning regulation of civil legal proceedings and civil legal relationship" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 134-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to add part one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for the certificate of form of external submission of the electronic paper document approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2010 No. 1086, after the paragraph of third with the paragraph of the following content:
"court of law;";
1.2. in the Standard regulations of permanent reference tribunal approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2012 No. 52:
in Item 70 to replace the word "statements" with the word "petitions";
in Item 71 to replace the word "Statement" with the word "Petition";
1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2012 No. 427 "About procedure for maintaining and publication of the list of the organizations involved in human trafficking":
in preamble of the word "According to Item 4 of Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012" shall be replaced with words "Based on item 4 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 350-Z";
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the word of Supreme Court shall be replaced with words "regional (Minsk city) vessels";
in appendix to this resolution:
to add the name of the column "Surname, Own Name, Middle Name of the Head, Chief Accountant of the Organization and (or) Other Authorized Officer" after the word "middle name" with words "(if that is available)";
